The rules of the shop, in plain English
Mystique Shop is an independent online retailer selling wizarding-world inspired gifts and collectibles at mystiqueparty.com. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Adding something to your cart is not a contract. When you place an order we send a confirmation email, then a second message with the exact shipping cost for your parcel. The contract is formed when you approve that total and pay. Nothing is charged at checkout.
We may decline or cancel an order if an item turns out to be out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If money has already changed hands, we refund it in full.
All prices are in US dollars. Product prices do not include shipping, which is quoted by parcel weight, or import duties and taxes, which are set by your own government. Payment is arranged after you approve the total: we send a payment link or QR code, and the order is dispatched once the payment clears.
Dispatch takes up to 3 business days. Delivery is typically 7-10 business days in the United States and 10-20 business days elsewhere. The full rates and delivery windows are on our Shipping page. Parcels are shipped by our fulfilment partners overseas, so any import duty or tax charged on delivery is your responsibility.
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us about an item that arrived damaged, wrong or materially different from the listing, and we will replace it or refund it. The full policy, including what is not covered, is on our Returns page.
Every item is photographed as it is, but small differences in colour, finish and size are normal on hand-finished pieces. Where a listing offers several designs or sizes, the one you select is the one we ship.
Mystique Shop is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., J.K. Rowling, Universal Studios or any other rights holder. Product names and descriptions are used to describe the items themselves.
Please do not scrape, copy or resell the content of this site, attempt to break its security, or place fraudulent orders. We may cancel an order or block access where that happens.
We are responsible for your goods arriving as described. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal strikes or anything else outside our control, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published here on the day you order.
