Where we ship, how long it takes, and what shipping costs
We pack and hand every order to our carrier within 3 business days. Made-to-order pieces and bulk orders may need a little longer, and we always tell you before we dispatch.
Shipping is priced by parcel weight rather than a flat rate, because a pin badge and a full gift box do not cost the same to fly across the world. These are the rates we apply to orders going to the United States:
Every parcel leaves our fulfilment partners in China. The exact amount for your order is confirmed in writing before you pay:
We do not build shipping into the product price and then call it free - the rate above is what you actually pay. Larger orders work out cheaper per piece, because the first-kilogram charge is shared across everything in the box.
A large part of what we do is wholesale, and bigger orders are priced by quantity. Tell us what you need and where it is going, and we will quote the unit price and the shipping together - usually below the listed price. On wholesale quantities we normally move the parcel to an air-freight or sea-freight line, which costs far less per kilo than courier, and we will quote you both options so you can choose between speed and cost.
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking can take 48-72 hours to start updating while the parcel moves between carriers.
Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partners overseas. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and a second shipping fee may apply.
