Our pieces are made and dispatched by specialist workshops overseas, then delivered to your door by your local postal service or courier. This is how we keep prices low without cutting quality.
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Allow 48-72 hours for it to start updating.
Checkout does not charge your card. Place your order and we will contact you by email or WhatsApp to confirm the total - including shipping - and to arrange payment. It also lets us quote you a better price, especially on larger quantities.
Send us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it. You will not be asked to pay for return shipping when the fault is ours.
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, on unused items in their original condition. Message us first so we can give you the right return address.
Orders are shipped from overseas, so your country may charge import duty or tax on delivery. These charges are set by your government and are the customer's responsibility.
We do. Tell us which pieces and how many you need, and we will quote a wholesale price together with shipping. On larger quantities we usually move the parcel to a freight line, which is much cheaper per kilo than courier - we will quote you both the fast and the economical option.
Message us as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it is dispatched, but once it has left the warehouse we have to treat it as a return.
